I used their online ETH deposit process, using the exact address provided. I sent my deposit (approx AAAAA$1000 usd worth). The transaction on etherscan says successful, and the funds are not in my gaming account. Its been over 1 week now, and the only answer I get from support is that they’re looking into it. No timelines. I’m part of their VIP programme, nothing had been VIP about this experience when something goes wrong. I’ve filed formal complaints with their regulatory body, as well as Mastercard, so hopefully this gets resolved quickly by other parties. I’d highly avoid using crypto deposits on this site. If I get a comment from the team saying to contact them to resolve it… I’ve already done this and it’s got me nowhere closer to getting my funds that I deposited over 1 week ago.
